No, you do not have to send tracking to your customers this is automatically done.

After receiving an order the next step would be to pay for the item(s) to trigger the fulfillment process. We'll then pack and ship the order(s) directly to your customer(s). Once the order has shipped tracking will automatically be uploaded to your Shopify store, and then sent to your customer directly via e-mail.

You can view tracking for all fulfilled orders in the following locations:

Shopify - Orders > Click the Order # > Fulfillment Section > Carrier > Tracking Number

MXED - Orders > Click the Order # > Tracking # (located in the order header)

Note: If an order is placed after 3pm on Friday, or during the weekend the order will be fulfilled, and processed the next business day.
